Le Café was created from a love of connection and community. What began as a simple cup shared between friends has grown into a space where people come together to dream, create, and unwind outside the typical bar or club scene.
Every roast is made to order. When you place an order, your coffee is roasted in small batches with our St. Louis roasting partner, First Crack Coffee, then shipped fresh to your door. No warehouses full of stale beans. No compromises.
We keep it simple: single-origin roasts, single-serve pods compatible with Keurig brewers, and curated gift boxes, all with free US shipping on every order. Our mobile coffee cart also pops up around St. Louis and is available for private events.
About our founder
Nechama Henderson is the founder and CEO of Le Café, a specialty coffee brand built at the intersection of coffee, community, culture, and thoughtful hospitality.
Before building Le Café, Nechama took an intentionally hands-on approach to understanding the coffee industry: from working behind the bar and studying professional coffee roasting to traveling through East Africa and visiting coffee farms to better understand the journey from origin to cup. That curiosity has continued through roasting, mobile coffee service, farmers markets, private events, and partnerships throughout the coffee industry.
With a background in branding, design, and consumer experience, Nechama created Le Café around a simple idea: coffee should be about more than the drink. It should create a place where people feel welcomed, inspired, and connected.
That philosophy continues to shape everything Le Café is becoming.
