I started Le Café because I love what happens around a good cup of coffee.

People pause. They catch up. They meet someone new, or take a moment for themselves. Coffee can be part of an ordinary morning and still make it feel a little more special. I wanted to build a brand around that feeling.

Le Café is my way of bringing together coffee, community, and culture. Sometimes that means serving drinks from the cart. Sometimes it means sharing a bag of coffee you can brew at home. And sometimes it's simply creating a reason for people to come together.

Building a business has involved plenty of spreadsheets, long days, and learning as I go. But the heart of it stays simple: I want you to enjoy what's in your cup and feel welcome while you're here.
